The International Maple Grading School is coming to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, in October 2026!
Join us for two days of expert-led lectures and hands-on demonstrations to learn the science and skills behind syrup grading, bulk syrup evaluation, and judging competitive entries.

Promoting Quality, Increasing Profit
Designed for maple producers, bulk syrup buyers, state inspectors, and contest judges, this school combines maple grading science with hands-on training. Participants gain the skills to accurately grade syrup, evaluate quality, and judge maple products. Since 2004, over 200 attendees have improved their grading knowledge while increasing profits, boosting sales, or reducing costs.
