Lunch and Learn Preserve Refrigerator Pickles, June 17, 2021

Asparagus, ramps, parsnips, radishes, and pea pods are some of the first spring vegetables to appear, and what better way to take advantage of these harbingers of spring than to make quick refrigerator pickles!  There will be a demonstration on how to make refrigerator pickles at 12 noon with available spring vegetables.
There is no fee for this program.
