Corn Silage Meeting – Pesticide Recertification Credit

The University of Maine Cooperative Extension will host an outdoor meeting for corn silage growers to review and learn about corn silage varieties that were planted at Misty Meadows Farm, 308 Hill Rd, Clinton Maine (Maine Farm Days site) in Clinton on Thursday September 9, 2021 from 10 a.m.-Noon. Rain or Shine.

This is an opportunity to see new varieties as you plan next year’s seed order. Corn seed dealers will be on hand to discuss what was planted. There will be a discussion about seed treatments, weed control and cover crops. Attendees will be able to earn one pesticide recertification credit for attending.
