Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 2 (CFAP 2)

Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 2 (CFAP 2)

Producers who have experienced market difficulties and increased expenses due to the Covid-19 pandemic may be eligible for the new USDA Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 2 (CFAP 2). This program is completely distinct from the previous assistance program, so even if you were signed up for CFAP 1, you must file a new application for the direct financial assistance available through CFAP 2. Signup for the new program began on September 21, 2020 and will continue through December 11, 2020. It is administered by the Farm Service Agency (FSA). For a description of the program go to here. For more information or to enroll, contact your local FSA office.
