Want to eat more plant-based but are worried about the cost? Think vegan or vegetarian cooking is too expensive? Join us for a hands-on workshop where we will learn practical skills and tips for making delicious plant-based meals without breaking the bank. We’ll move beyond pricey meat substitutes to focus on budget staples like lentils, beans, grains, and seasonal produce, while learning useful shopping and meal planning strategies to save time and money. Together, we will cook two budget-friendly meals that are easy to make at home. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with the knowledge and skills to shop smart, save money, and cook tasty plant-based dishes with confidence.
