Fermenting Vegetables Webinar

Come learn the process of making your own sauerkraut through the wonders of fermentation. Join UMaine Extension food preservation staff to learn the basic steps of fermenting. We will explain the science of fermentation, demonstrate fermenting sauerkraut, and discuss steps to success in this interactive webinar.
