Riverton Elementary School Garden – Works with second graders in the school gardens. Lessons include pollination, growing the “three sisters,” and planting, growing and tasting various foods – beans, corn, etc.  In collaboration with Cultivating Community, volunteers  work in 2-hour blocks on Friday mornings assisting in one learning station and being responsible for 5 or 6 children at a time, playing a game or planting or tasting food from the garden.
