Greenland Point 4-H camp is the easternmost 4-H camp in the United States located in rural Princeton, Maine. This historic part of Maine is well known for its world-class fishing, remote wilderness, and is home to some of the best paddling in the state of Maine. Located on Long Lake, the 61-acre campus is home to unique Wildlife and a diverse collection of plants and trees. As you enter our campus you will find a cozy circle of log cabins nestled between the pines with a large lodge located at the base of the circle. From here you may find yourself walking our trails and may come across our campfire ring or even find the ruins of a hundred-year-old tug boat that ran ashore at the base of our cove. Centrally located in Downeast Maine you are close to beautiful coastal hiking, The grand Lakes of Maine, seemingly endless blueberry fields, and so much more. We provide camps to introduce children to a unique blend of outdoor fun, environmental education, and practical outdoor skills for over 50 years. Surrounded by Maine’s sparkling lakes and diverse forests, our programs combine inspired fun and experiential education with the development of outdoor skills, offering outdoor-based education for people of all ages and backgrounds. Learning to care for our natural world and for ourselves outdoors are our most important goals.

Positions Available:

Summer Camp Field Teacher Positions: Our camp season will run for eight or nine weeks including training. The pay range is $450 to $550 based on qualifications. Please see that attached job description or the frequently asked question page below.
