Group of campers In 2019, we opened the doors to the 4-H Camp and Learning Center at Greenland Point. We hope to be able to fill this site with as many young, deserving children as we can! That summer, 95% of participants received scholarship support. We hope to be able to continue this support for the foreseeable future! As the site grows, we hope to be able to expand our reach to working with schools in our shoulder season. Your donation will ensure the future of this amazing site.

Your gift to the General Gift Fund gives Greenland Point the flexibility to respond to our most immediate and meaningful needs. Donations to this fund may be restricted or unrestricted, depending on your preference, allowing you to support the area that speaks most to your heart.

These funds help make our mission possible in many ways, including:

Providing scholarships and financial assistance so every child has the opportunity to attend camp, regardless of a family’s ability to pay
Supporting program supplies and activities that create lasting memories and meaningful experiences
Assisting with facility improvements and maintenance that keep our camp safe, welcoming, and functional

Cabins & Facilities Improvement – Building Comfort for the Future

One of our greatest current needs at Greenland Point is the updating and renovation of our cabins, dining hall, and showerhouse. While our facilities are safe, functional, and full of character, they are also quite rustic and in need of modernization—especially as we look toward the future of year-round programming.

A critical goal of these improvements is the addition of heat to our dining hall and bath house. This upgrade would:

Extend the usability of our facilities into cooler months
Improve comfort and safety for campers and staff
Allow us to expand programming, retreats, and group use throughout more of the year

Renovations to our cabins and showerhouse will also help us better serve campers by improving warmth, accessibility, durability, and overall comfort—while still preserving the natural, camp-centered experience that makes Greenland Point special.

Midway Foundation Account – Supporting 4-H Shooting Sports

Gifts given through our Midway Foundation account directly support the growth and success of our 4-H Shooting Sports Program. This investment-based fund provides long-term sustainability while also supplying critical year-to-year funding for the program.

Donations to this fund help us:

Purchase essential equipment and supplies needed for safe, high-quality instruction
Maintain and improve our shooting sports facilities
Provide scholarship assistance so youth can participate regardless of financial circumstances
