Responsibilities
GS-0404-05 – Work will consist primarily of serving as a crew member on a 2-5 person field team removing non-native plants from the park using herbicide as well as with manual and mechanical means.
GS-0404-06 – Incumbent is expected to perform a leadership role in planning and decision making of resource stewardship projects. When two crews are working independently, or the data manager is absent, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the data collected by the team during daily exotic plant management duties. Work will consist primarily of serving as crew leader of a 2-5 person field team removing non-native plants from the park using herbicide as well as with manual and mechanical means. Other duties may include maintaining the park’s native plant nursery and leading the re-vegetation of disturbed areas.
