For those who could not get a reservation at Holiday Inn by the Bay (previously advertised for this conference), please use the Aloft Portland Downtown Waterfront ME using the Step #1 link below and reserve a room. Aloft is located at 379 Commercial Street, Portland, Maine (Location, Google Maps), and is within walking distance to attractions, eateries, and nightlife, our pet-friendly hotel in Portland, puts you close to both land and water. Convenient to Maine Medical Center, Northern Light Health, Gulf of Maine Research Institute, and Pierce Atwood.
With the update in hotel accommodations, we are extending our Early Bird Conference Registration deadline to February 15, 2025. Thank you so much for your patience!
You will need your hotel confirmation number to complete your conference registration form.
Please Note: If you live in Maine, plan to attend, but live close enough to go home each night, please contact Jen Lobley at jennifer.lobley@maine.edu or 207.255.3345 for a code so you can complete your registration without a hotel confirmation number.
You will also need to determine if you will be staying for either of the post-conference meetings – 4-H Volunteer Specialists or Master Gardener Coordinators – on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
