 ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification

This one-day course prepares participants to take the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which will be held immediately after the training.

  • ServSafe® Manager Book (9th Edition)
  • Diagnostic exam
  • Practice exam (sent about 2 weeks before the course)
Cost: $150 (includes class, materials and exam)
Registration is required by April 6. No refunds will be issued.
