ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Training

The University of Maine Cooperative Extension can help you achieve your ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification. This nationally recognized certification is designed for anyone working in the food industry, including staff and volunteers with non-profit organizations.

UMaine Extension will offer an 8-hour ServSafe® training using the latest ServSafe® Manager Book, 9th Edition, along with exam proctoring.

This course helps prepare participants for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification exam and covers key food safety topics including personal hygiene, time and temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, cleaning and sanitizing, safe food preparation, and more.
