Concern Resolution Process flowchart
A flowchart of Extension’s Concern Resolution Process that starts at the top with a graphic depicting the employee with a concern and another person involved; the flow chart next moves down to the staff levels involved who can assist with interview(s) and/or mediation, decision and/or action to be taken and follow up… the secondary level of staff internal to Extension: Supervisor’s supervisor, Supervisor and Assistant Director and then the third level down would be those external to Extension: Safety and Environmental Management, Public Safety/Local Police, UMaine Human Resources, Office of Equal Opportunity, Employee Assistance Program and then any union representation (for example: ACSUM, AFUM, UMPSA). – UMaine Extension Graphic
