Handworks SPIN Group: Fun Opportunity for Learning about Felting, Weaving, and Sewing with Beginner Projects!
Explore 4-H by learning some basic handwork skills with 4-H volunteer Jenny Lassen. Youth ages 8 and up will learn the basics of machine sewing and make their own pillowcase. Cloverbuds will explore the basics of hand sewing and embroidery. Both age groups will have a chance to explore weaving by making loom potholders and felting by making felted cat toys to gift to a local animal shelter.
