Washington County Extension Association Annual Meeting (Virtual)
June 28th, 2022

Executive Committee members present: Kyle Winslow, Eric Jones, Bob Simpson, Lisa Hanscom, Leslie Monroy
Budget Bob Simpson presented the 2023 budget and made a motion to accept the budget as presented. Deb Gardner seconds, no discussion. Passes- 8 yes, 2 abstain.
Slate of officers as presented – Kyle Winslow – President, Bob Simpson – Vice President, Eric Jones –Treasurer, Ed Latham – Secretary. Moved by Deb Gardner, second by Eric Jones. Passes- 7 yes, 2 abstain.
Meeting dates suggested for 2nd Tuesday from 6-7:30pm.
Bob discussed signatories on the financial account. Eric Jones is now treasurer and needs to be on the account and should be identified as official signatory.
Kyle Winslow moves to add Eric Jones as a signatory to the WCEA bank account. Bob Simpson seconds the motion. All in favor.
Discussions about getting together for a field trip to Greenland Point. Kyle will send around a doodle poll with dates for a possible visit.
