As a new volunteer, you might feel a bit overwhelmed with all the information that has been shared with you. The 4-H Club Leader Handbook is a resource designed to help new club leaders get off to a strong start, containing specific information for facilitating the 4-H club model. This resource provides a review of the key components of Positive Youth Development as well as information about the club model. You will find information about 4-H project records, 4-H opportunities for youth outside of your club meeting time and basic risk management tips.
