Get ready to dive into the hidden world of nature with 4-H staff Meg and Alice! In this hands-on, in person, workshop for ages 7 and up, you’ll explore the amazing structures and secrets of life by dissecting owl pellets, grasshoppers, squid, and flowers at the Lafayette and Rawcliffe 4-H Science and Engineering Learning Center. All materials are provided, and no cost to you!
Each program we will explore the science behind the theme of the day and then end with a craft. Along the way, you’ll use real scientific tools, make observations like a biologist, ask creative questions like an engineer, and share discoveries like an artist. Join us for an exciting STEAM adventure where you’ll dissect, detect, and uncover the mysteries of how living things are built! This program will follow a similar format to the one provided in the Summer Learning Series. Register by July 3rd. Register Now.
