Join us at Tidewater Farm on the second Saturday of the month from June to October, rain or shine, for our family-friendly field days!
Saturday, June 10, 10:00 AM to Noon: Dividing Perennials | Succession Planting and Irrigation
Participate in a hands-on demonstration of when and how to properly divide plants – and take home a small plant of your own to enjoy! Then, learn how to maximize your garden space with succession planting as well as tips for watering your garden during the heat of the summer.
Our friends at the Cumberland County Food Security Council will be on hand to share information about their gleaning initiatives, advocacy work, and school programs. Learn how you can get involved building nutrition security in the county and participate in a child-friendly activity.
