Logos for the Soil Health Workshop Series and participating organizations.

Join farm managers at Goranson Farm and UMaine Extension for a farm tour focused on innovative cover cropping strategies and tools.

We’ll discuss the decision making factors the farm considers when deciding what cover crop species and mixes to plant. The tour will include visiting fields with interseeded cover crops, warm season mixes, and multi-season cover crops. The key equipment for managing the cover cropping program at Goranson Farm will also be on display.

This program is part of the Maine Soil Health Workshop Series. No registration is required.
