Maple Quality Control Program

This program is hosted by Maine Maple Producers Association with instructors from UMaine Extension and UVM Extension. This 1-day hands-on program will cover the four aspects of grading maple syrup. Gain experience using a variety of tools for grading color and density, and learn how to avoid common errors with these tools.

Participants will receive a tote bag of tools, resources, and nips of standard flavored syrups.

There will be a lunch break to purchase lunch in the area or you can bring your own lunch.

There are only 20 spots available for this program.

$100- Non-Members
