Preserving the Maine Harvest Webinar: Boiling Water Bath Canning

Summer produce is arriving in our gardens and farmers’ markets, so it’s time to learn how to make jams, pickles, salsa, and more with the boiling water bath canning method. This interactive webinar from UMaine Extension staff will teach you the basics of canning, the equipment needed, and how to tell if jars are sealed.
