Jeff Tarling, a lifelong ‘tree-hugger’, has helped plant and care for thousands of trees in Portland as City Arborist for 34 years. Today, he serves as Cape Elizabeth’s ‘Tree Warden’ and works with Maine Audubon as their Urban Forestry Specialist. Jeff lives in South Portland where he served on the South Portland Conservation Commission and currently participates on the Open Space Acquisition Committee.
