Join Colleen E. Griffin, Facilitator of Cultivating Well-Being for a presentation that will highlight methods that the gardener can employ year-round for enhancing wellness, mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually. Focus will be on planting for biodiversity and growing materials that could be used therapeutically. Though applicable for any objective, this approach to gardening has been shown to be particularly useful in mitigating climate anxiety.
Registration is required. The program fee is offered on a sliding scale, $0-$10 and is free to enrolled Master Gardener Volunteers. This session will NOT be recorded.
