The University of Maine Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Development Board is looking for individuals possessing a wide array of skills. Experience in fundraising, public speaking or writing; a passion for gardening and teaching about the community value of gardens; board membership and leadership; and those with a special appreciation and enthusiasm for the statewide Master Gardener program are assets to meet the goals of the Board. No one board member needs to possess all of these skills; rather it is hoped that the board as a whole possess these traits.
