Join University of Kentucky Meat Specialist, Dr. Gregg Rentfrow and University of Maine Livestock Specialist, Dr. Colt W. Knight for a town hall meeting on the current and predicted state of the meat industry. As packing plants begin to shutdown, a bottleneck in the meat chain will create an increasing demand for locally supplied protein. Dr. Rentfrow will discuss the state of the industry. Question and Answer period will follow with both Dr. Rentfrow and Dr. Knight.
