A short movement session that will focus on mobility, movement and breathwork. Offering a positive opportunity for small movements that will have an impact on focus, especially for those in seated and office positions in the workday!

Campus Trails Adventure: Mountain Biking with Matt Hawkyard, parking lot for the New Balance Student Fitness Center, 22 Hilltop Road, Orono, ME 04473
Come join us for a mountain bike ride on the University trails. Matt Hawkyard will be guiding an intermediate bike ride through the roots, rocks and foliage of the campus trails and perhaps beyond. This will be oriented for riders with some experience but will be an easy and fun pace. Bring your own mountain bike, helmet, water and appropriate gear. Bring a light! We will meet in the parking lot for the New Balance Student Fitness Center at 4:15 p.m. The plan is to be back on time for dinner at 6:00 p.m. Questions?
