Day 1: Tuesday, November 12, 2025
12:30 p.m., Lunch — Junior Executive Buffet

- Turkey, Cheddar, and Chipotle Mayo Slider
- Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap
- Lemon Basil Roasted Vegetable Slider
- Garden Salad
- Includes beverages and a choice of luncheon dessert
6:00 p.m., Dinner Buffet
Meal Options Available:
- Grilled Jerk Chicken Breast: Caribbean jerk-seasoned grilled chicken
- Homestyle Meat Lasagna: Hearty home-style meat lasagna with creamy mozzarella cheese
- Grilled Salmon: Grilled salmon fillet seasoned with salt and pepper served with mango pico de gallo
- Lentil Shepherd’s Pie: Creamy mushroom, parmesan, lentil, pea and carrot stew topped with a crispy Yukon and parsnip mash
All paired with a vegetable side, salad, and dessert.
