How Do We Accomplish Our ‘Why’?
What conditions existed during mandated remote work that resulted in more collaborative and across-program teaming? How did UMaine Extension benefit from those collaborations? What was produced? What were the impacts? What organizational support is needed to continue and to enhance collaborative work both internally in our organization but externally as well? What recommendations do you have?
