The purpose of the Maine Extension Homemakers is strengthening and extending adult education into the home and community. The goal of Maine Extension Homemakers is to develop leadership, promote the University of Maine Cooperative Extension’s educational programs in all parts of Maine, and to support worthy community causes.
Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of the month unless otherwise noted. Meetings will be held at the Fellowship Hall in Whitneyville (207.255.8640) and will begin at 10:00 a.m.
The Nutrition lecture will be presented by Alan Majka of University of Maine Cooperative Extension.
