Maine AgrAbility brings ergonomics of gardening to Union Farmers Market May 24

Maine AgrAbility will demonstrate the ergonomics of gardening at the Union Farmers Market on the Union Common, May 24 from 3–6 p.m.

Demonstrations will focus on useful garden tools and ergonomic techniques, including how to bend and lift safely.

Maine AgrAbility, a program of University of Maine Cooperative Extension, teaches farmers and gardeners about tools and techniques to promote health, safety and injury prevention.
