Summer 2021 Field Days – Cherryfield

Join us for a combined pest and crop management field meeting on the barrens. Cherryfield Foods personnel will be attending to give us an irrigation demonstration and discuss their jack pine wind breaks. Kate McFarland, Assistant Agroforester for the USDA National Agroforestry Center, will be visiting us from Vermont to share her knowledge on wind breaks. UMaine researchers will discuss the most recent research and Extension efforts.
