REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: Upon being registered, you will be sent an email confirmation.  Within that confirmation, you will be instructed to log back into your account to complete the forms needed for participation.  If you have any question please reach out to us at 207-665-2068 or registration.bp@maine.edu,

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel within 10 days in advance of an event, you will receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend and who do not cancel by this date will not receive a refund.  

CHECK-IN TIME: Please arrive between 8–8:45 a.m. to check-in. Welcome begins at nine a.m. and classes begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.

FEE: (Unless otherwise stated) Includes instruction in all sessions, program materials, use of demonstration equipment, and lunch. The fee is collected upon registration.

CLOTHING: You will start your day inside, but classes will be held outdoors for most of the day, so dress accordingly. Participants must bring warm, waterproof clothing, and footwear suitable for seasonal conditions.

MEALS: Meals will be served between sessions, please be sure to complete your dietary needs form online.  

INCLEMENT WEATHER: BOW is postponed only in the event of a major storm if we determine that it is too hazardous to travel.  A determination will be made 24 hrs before the start of the program and a representative will be in contact with you.  

EQUIPMENT: Gear for all courses will be provided unless stated otherwise. Bringing a water bottle is encouraged. Please be sure to dress for the elements.

Accommodations: 
Lakeside lodge:
 This two story building that is heated year round, has bathroom accessibility across the halls from the bunk rooms. Each room consists of four bunks totaling eight beds.
Rustic cabins:  The cabins do have electricity and option of a wood stove or a small electric heater. Bathroom facilities are located within a short walk from the cabins. Each cabin houses up to 12 participants. Cabins require good mobility as the are located on a slight slope. 
Bunkhouse: Is accessible via a staircase as it is located uphill.  These rooms have two bunkbeds each and do have electricity. Bathrooms are located within the facility and our new bathhouse is just a short walk distance away.  These spaces are not heated so be sure to pack according.
For those seeking to spend the night in the local area.  Bethel Maine is just a short 12-minute drive and offers several varieties of accommodations.  Please take a moment to check the listings through our local chamber of Commerce.
