Electric pressure canners are marketed as a quick and easy way to add slow-cooked texture and flavor to foods. This 45-minute webinar will discuss how these appliances work, which foods we have found cook well in them, and safety considerations. Join us and demystify your Instant Pot!  Registration is required; a $5 donation per session is optional.
