The Deep Compost Mulch Listening Session is designed to bring farmers and ag service providers together to explore nutrient management and related topics in Deep Compost systems. This session will include a project overview for participant farms and other involved parties, discuss opportunities and challenges within these production systems, and guide the University of Maine Cooperative Extension’s work with deep compost mulch funded by the Maine Healthy Soils Technical Capacity Grant.
A light lunch (sandwiches) will be provided at noon. Session starts at 12:30 p.m.
