Preserving Apple Chutney

Make and use chutney, a unique, flavor-filled condiment. You’ll learn the basic steps for canning and freezing in this hands-on food preservation workshop. You will receive recipes and a jar of apple chutney. Please bring a potholder with you to class. $20 class fee. $5 paid during registration and $15 cash per person payable directly to instructor for materials.
