Gluten Free Flour Mix


½ cup brown rice flour
¼ cup tapioca flour
¼ cup soy flour
½ teaspoon Xanthan gum


  1. Measure flour and Xanthan gum and place in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk the mixture until they are extremely well combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
  4. Substitute in your favorite pancake, cookie, or biscuit recipe.
  5. Good for 3 months in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.
