Herb Yogurt Dip
Enhance your snacks with this protein-rich Herb Yogurt Dip infused with zesty garlic, onion, and aromatic dill. A dash of lemon and optional herbs provide a burst of freshness, perfect for dipping your favorite vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt (regular, Greek, or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons light mayo
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chives, or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
- Gently rub fresh produce under cold running water. If using fresh herbs, gently rinse under cold running water and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Try dip and adjust seasoning based on flavor preference.
Storage
- Refrigerate any leftovers as soon as possible or within 2 hours for safety.
- Use leftovers within 4 days.
