1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (15½ ounce) can spaghetti sauce
½ cup water
1 (14½ ounce) can low-sodium vegetable broth
1 (16 ounce) can vegetarian baked beans
1 (15½ ounce) can kidney beans, drained
½ cup pasta shells, uncooked
1 teaspoon oregano (optional)
1 teaspoon basil (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot; cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally and add water if needed.
