Savor the flavors of fall with this creamy Pumpkin Smoothie, blending together the seasonal goodness of pumpkin puree, warm spices, and nutritious ingredients for a deliciously satisfying beverage.

Servings 2 1 cup

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • ¾ cup skim milk or low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ½ cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Puree on high speed and blend until smooth.
  • Serve or store in the fridge for later.

Storage

  • Refrigerate any leftovers as soon as possible or within 2 hours for safety.
