Ranch Salad Dressing
Serves: 16 | Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk*
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl with a fork or wire whisk.
*1 cup of light sour cream or low-fat yogurt can be used instead of buttermilk. Try adding 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed to dressing.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
