Ingredients
Acid - Select One
- 3 tablespoons acid (apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, lemon/lime juice, red wine vinegar, rice vinegar, white wine vinegar)
Seasoning - Select One or Multiple
- 1 tablespoon seasoning (dijon mustard, herbs/spices, minced garlic, parmesan cheese)
Oil - Select One
- ½ cup oil (avocado, canola, olive, vegetable, or other preferred option)
Instructions
- Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
- If using fresh herbs, gently rinse under cold running water and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
- In a container with a tight-fitting lid, mix the acid and the seasoning(s) well.
- Then add oil, secure the cover, and shake until all ingredients are combined.
Storage
- For safety, refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container as soon as possible, or within 2 hours, and use them within 7 days.

- Estimated Ingredient Amounts
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice is about 1 medium lemon.
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice is about 1 lime.
- 1 teaspoon of dried herbs is about 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs.
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic is about ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 garlic clove.
