Creating the Mix:

Ingredients

2 cups fine bread crumbs
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter

Directions

1. Combine all dry ingredients.
2. Cut in butter thoroughly.
3. Measure out ¾ cup mix at a time and store in the refrigerator in either sealed plastic bags or small airtight containers.
4. Attach gift tag instructions.

Note: Store in refrigerator and use within 1 month.
