Tomato Crouton Casserole
6 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
8 slices whole-grain bread, cubed
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange tomatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with bread cubes.
- Combine butter, basil, and thyme; drizzle over bread and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
