
Turkey Pasta Salad
This pasta salad blends cooked noodles with diced turkey, halved grapes, and diced celery, all tossed in a light mayonnaise dressing—a simple and tasty dish perfect for a quick meal or side dish. And the perfect recipe to use any leftover turkey in!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta noodles
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried chives
- ¼ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 ⅔ cups ½-inch chopped cooked turkey
- ⅓ cup finely chopped celery
Instructions
- Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
- Place grapes in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
- Cut grapes in half and set aside.
- Stir chives into mayonnaise.
- Mix pasta, turkey, grapes, and celery together.
- Stir in mayonnaise and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Storage
- Refrigerate any leftovers as soon as possible or within 2 hours for safety.
- Use leftovers within 4 days.
