Many of us spend a lot of time sitting at our desk and that can be unhealthy when not mixed with proper movement and exercise. The following was created in response to our asking the Cutler Health Center Wellness Educator to do an Adobe workshop for Extension staff. A small group of students took the project on and created this very helpful video.
