Washington County 4-H members will present their demonstrations or illustrated talks. All youth in the junior and senior divisions (ages 9 to 18 in 4-H years) participating in this tournament who receive an average score of 78 or higher, are invited to compete at the Maine State 4-H Public Speaking Tournament to be held in Orono in April.
