University of Maine Cooperative Extension 4-H will lead a three-part, virtual series on climate change action for youth ages 12-18. Sessions will take place on Mondays, October 28, November 14 and November 11 from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. This series will be held via Zoom.
Participants will learn about climate change from global and local perspectives and explore opportunities for individual action to make a difference. This will involve hands-on, minds-on learning to unpack this big topic.
The series is hosted by 4-H staff joined by an international graduate student with expertise in climate and public policy. Participation is free though donations are accepted. Learn more or register by visiting the event webpage.
