Plants Around Us – June 23rd 10am-12pm
Location: Greenhouse/garden area of O’Brien House

Explore the forest paths, trees and greenhouses of the University of Maine at Machias campus! Our special guest is a UMM botany student who will be giving tours of the botany greenhouse. We will press the plants we gather during exploration and you will leave with your pressed plant, the materials to do it again and ideas of how to showcase your work.
Geared towards youth ages 9-12 and is limited to 15 participants.
