Do you want to learn how to live healthier for you and your family from the comfort of your home? University of Maine Cooperative Extension and the Washington County CAN Prevention Council will offer a free five-session nutrition education program to parents and guardians beginning April 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., using ZOOM, a video and audio communication technology. Classes meet on Thursdays, April 9 through May 7.
Eating Well for Families will focus on learning healthy, budget-friendly cooking and nutrition tips and will include a cooking demonstration.
